Empower Her Wellness is a health and wellness event hosted by O’Connell’s Pharmacy.
We invite you to connect with your friends and/or family and join us for afternoon tea with prosecco and listen to expert wellness speakers that will inspire and empower you.
We want your day to be fun but we want our guests to leave with practical knowledge to improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

It’s your time to connect with your friends and family and join us for a day out in the Castlecourt Hotel in Westport.
Each guest will enjoy a goodie bag and afternoon tea, with prosecco, whilst listening to expert wellness speakers who will inspire and empower you. Each speaker will have time for questions and answers after their talk.
